I have attached here the reports of me and My wife (urine dr, tsh, fsh,lh, prolactin) . humari shadi ko 1 sal hogya hai pregnancy concieve nh horhi. wife k periods b irregular hain aur more than 10 days continously chalty hen and TSH b brha hua hai. Her age is 28 and mine 33. mera semen analysis report b check kren. please guide kren aur treatment btaen .. Thanks alot.

Apki report main motility kum hai start tablet tryception nutrifactor once a day and tablet gonadil F once a day , also consult a urologist fcps , for your wife first of all consult an endocrinologist , start tablet nuception nutrifactor for your wife alongwith glucophage 250 mg three times a day after meals . Plz get a pelvic ultrasound too . Intercourse on alternate nights , walk daily, low carb high protein diet, sleep well at night, manage stress, maintain weight , keep hope n keep the dreams alive .
