I experience irregular periods(in beginning it was short sometimes it’s normal sometimes it is after 40 days) accompanied by acne, hair loss and hirsutism.

I don’t have any history of weight gain. Last year i visited a gynacologist she performed a pelvic ultrasound the findings showed normal uterus and ovaries. Then she prescribed me tab cranit for 7 days and perfectil for 1 month. My period cycle was normal when i took the medicine but again it started to get irregular. I am not married
