Talk to Gynecologist on No Fetal Pole In Scan After 7 Weeks
Asking For Self, Female, 29 Years old, islamabad
Salam! I am pregnant and my LMP was 28march i went to doctor on 19may on scan it showed single Iug of 5+3 weeks but according to lmp it was 7th week. Also fetal pole was not seen on scan. Attached is my prescription of injections and tablets. I want second opinion on this prescription
wait for 2 weeks and again repeat scan continue medication as prescribed earlier but clexane is not indicated I your case otherwise continue other same medicine
repeat ultrasound after 2 weeks . and continue other prescribed medications . no need of clexane at this time

Thank you so much for your response. ALLAH bless you. I have developed bleeding initially it was brown discharge then maroon stringy discharge and now blood with severe backpain. I think this pregnancy is not going to succeed and i’m going towards miscarriage, by taking all these medicines i’m just delaying the process. Please guide if i’m thinking wrong. Thankyou again

You must have an ultrasound in the morning first untill continue all that medication

Continue all medicines as prescribed. Take loprin 75 mg once a day instead of clexane .. avoid crowded places, public toilets , avoid cough constipation n dehydration. Repeat transvaginal scan after 10 to 14 days for cardiac activity .
