I am married and want to get the pre conception counseling, as I want to conceive in 2,3 months InshaAllah.
I want to know what tests, medicines, vitamins etc should I start right now to get a healthy pregnancy.
I feel very weak and back pain after doing a little work. I think my blood level is also below normal. And I am underweight.

start taking Folic acid regularly. for back pain take calcium and better to consult orthopaedic surgeon for that.
if your periods are regular, no risk factors in your husband or your history, just wait for 1 year after marriage. no need to go for tests

You should start folic acid at least 2–3 months before conception. Also have some baseline tests like CBC, blood group, blood sugar, thyroid profile, vitamin D, hepatitis B/C, HIV, urine examination.As you feel weak and underweight, you may have anemia or vitamin deficiency, so proper evaluation is important before pregnancy. Maintain a healthy diet rich in protein, iron, calcium, fruits, and vegetables.

As other drs are saying there is no need for tests, only take folic acid. But I want to be healthy before going into it. The tests you suggested are too much. Can you pick the most necessary 1 or 2?
