Talk to Cardiologist on Chest And Arm Pain; Dizziness

Asalam-o-Alaikum Doctor, My name is Ali Farooq, and I am 21 years old. I have been experiencing some health issues recently and would like to seek your medical advice regarding the following symptoms: Dizziness: I started experiencing dizziness in August last year. It stopped for a while in between, but now it has become frequent and persistent. Breathing Difficulty (During Sleep and in Crowds): I often experience breathing difficulties when I am in crowded places or when I am trying to sleep. It feels as though the oxygen level has suddenly dropped. Once or twice while falling asleep, I felt as if I was slipping into a coma and my breathing completely stopped. Along with this, I often feel like my body is turning cold. Chest and Arm Pain: Recently, I have developed chest pain. Once or twice, this pain also radiated to my left arm. Sleep Issues: My sleep is never refreshing or complete, and I feel extremely drowsy throughout the day. I have done some diagnostic tests and am attaching the reports here:
