Talk to Pediatric Neuro physician on New Born Seizure

Aoa Mera bhanja 23 days ka hua h aj when he was born wo Roya nh tha Dr said uska saans active nh tha or heart beat..they admit him in nursery Jahan uska breath or heart beat active ho gye or usy 1 jhatka b lga tha...then thy put him on antibiotics and drips...2 or may be 3rd day he started crying in the nursery but antibiotics continued.slowly he was on mother feed and according to doctor he has no other seizure..usy bs wohi 1 jhatka lga tha Jo birth k time bd m koi nh lga tha...now he is at home and on mother feed. But sometimes I feel from his eyes that he is not normal ..we are very worried.. please tell me is it curable??
