I noticed it on Saturday and it is under the skin and has a hard structure. It is not an injury or anything , it just appeared out of nowhere . and it might have shrunk a bit and it is a bit away from the scrotum . Idk if it is just a lump or will it form pus . Not sure what to do but the pain while touching it has gone down a lot and close to not even feeling it .
