I’ve noticed some small painless bumps around my anus. They are in a cluster and look a bit like small cauliflower. Sometimes they feel itchy, but there’s no pain or bleeding. I’m concerned these might be anal warts (possibly caused by HPV). Can you please guide me on how to confirm this and what treatment is needed?
