Asking For Self, Male 22, sialkot
I am a male from Sialkot, Pakistan. I have sudden sharp pain in my right testicle that sometimes radiates toward my bladder and lower abdomen. The pain lasts a few minutes and then goes away. I also feel pain when I touch the testicle (tenderness).
Other details: - No swelling or redness noticed - Both testicles look similar in position and size - Erections are normal and strong - Urine is clear, no blood, no burning - No nausea, vomiting, or fever
Please tell me: 1. What are the possible causes? 2. Which ones are emergencies? 3. What warning signs should make me go immediately to the hospital?
