Dear Doctors All you are fine, i did not have any child and trying to conceiving since 3 years but still unfortunately did not have any success rate, i just got my semen test reports from Shaukat Khanam which is attached Volume 1.5ml, liquefaction time 30 mins, PH: 7.5 number of sides prepared 2, Progressive motility 20% Non Progressive motility 30% Immotile: 50% Sperm Count 135 Million/ml Sperm Morphology Normal 65% Abnormal Head Defects: 5% Tail Defects: 5% Neck & Mid Piece Defects 20% Pus Cell: 2-3/HPF Please suggest me what can i do?

Your total count is good, however non progressive and immotile is significant. But first of all, did you get gynaecologist opinion about your wife’s status. ?

Thank you Dr muhammad Shoaib for reply, as per Three gynecologist my wife's status is good and healthy, Uterus spanning mm and endometrium is 6.8 and 18mm follicle in right ovary and no follicular activity in left ovary.
