3 months he has presented with blister on penile shaft on/off (3-4 times) without pain, fever or body ache, penile discharge or oral ulcer. the blisters rupture within few days and crusting without other symptom. the interval around 15 days to 1 months. last 3 days he had few blisters become crusting and today he has several blister more.
