Asking for Self, Male, 21 years old, Karachi
I’m looking for some advice because I’m not sure if I’m overthinking this or if there could be a physical issue.
I sometimes feel a bag/cluster or cord-like structure directly above my testicle. This made me think it could be a varicocele. I already went to a doctor and had it checked, but he examined me and said that I don’t have a varicocele.
I’ve also noticed that when my penis is soft/flaccid or slightly stretched, it sometimes has an hourglass-like shape, with a slight indentation around the middle. However, when I’m semi-erect or fully erect, the indentation completely disappears and my penis looks normal.
I sometimes also feel a heaviness or pressure in my penis and testicle, particularly when doing housework, walking, or doing physical activity.
Could the bag/cord-like feeling above the testicle be related to the hourglass-like appearance of the penis, or could these be completely unrelated? Could this be normal anatomy or possibly related to muscle tension?
Has anyone experienced something similar, especially the cord/bag-like feeling above the testicle together with an hourglass appearance when flaccid?
I’d appreciate any experiences or advice.
