Talk to Urologist on Cyst On Scrotum

Hi, I have two cysts (one large and one small) on my scrotum. A few days ago, one of them (the larger cyst) had a pimple kind of thing on it. Last night, the pimple got burst on its own. The very thick white (like paint) fluid was coming out mixed with blood. Almost it kept flowing for 15 20 min after intervals of a few minutes. Then it stopped. The cyst got shrunk. Today, in the morning it was again filled and was back to its original size. No medical history, physically and sexually active. (got these cysts checked in 2020 and the dermatologist said that they are harmless so I never bothered again).

Is it something to get worried about?
