Asking for Self, Male, 23 years old, Karachi
Aoa I am only 23 years old and I face difficulty in getting my penis erected. Also once I get erected I find it hard to maintain. Moreover before intercourse a transparent liquid comes from my penis. I am don't feel any hardness when sleeping. I am genuinely worried and ashamed to consult any doctor. This has impacted my life psychology. What should I do. ??
