Hello Doctors, I'm facing a problem of frequently discharge Semen during Sleeping as it is getting huge day by day, I gone through on internet that showing it is good and healthy if happens twice a week or by 15 days but I discharge Semen during Sleeping minimum 4 times a week. It’s an alarming situation for me and I don’t know what to do? As every time I eat any heavy food like beef, chicken or even grains and vegetable it is sure-shot that it will be discharge during sleep. Currently I’m using a herbal medicine called “Rahat” tablets and “Bazoori” syrup to prevent this but that wasn’t stopped Due to frequently discharge of Semen I shrink down very badly and lost my health. I also feel pain in my lower abdomen front and back both sides along with testiculs, urine tube and urinary bladder. It is requested you to please help and suggest me what to do in this situation?
Dont take any medicines homeopathic as well as allopathic its normal
phenomenon just set your mind.
There no any relation between semen discharge and weekness.

ultrasound etc..

Thanks for your support and advice but it's getting more intense, I've suffered this problem since long, one of my friend suggest me to go for test for example Ultrasound of lower abdomen along with kidneys and Urine culture
whats your advice on it?
