Posting second time, first time i dont know kahan gai.
Mujhay urination k baad drops atay hain bohot tang hota hoon. Lower legs main bhi pain hoti sometimes itni k chalna mushkil hojata ha. Kamar main bhi dard rehta ha aor muscles main bhi like shoulder k muscles. stomach bhi upset rehta ha aur fever bhi feel hota ha phr khudi theak bhi hojata ha. Pehle doctor ko dikhaya unhon ne bas multivitams kaha par us se theak nai hua kuch.
Reports attach ki hain. Kindly guide kya mujhay aor tests karwanay hain ya kya issue ha?

First of all don't loose hope.
Post urination drops of urine or post urinary dribbling is more common than we think.
The anatomy of urethra, Micturition habits and methods and few factors such as urinary tract infections and overactive bladder, are main culprits.
