Talk to Urologist on Dysfunction Of Bladder

Asslam Walikum, Sir, unluckily my brother has got spinal cord injury (C4-C5) in Dec 2018, with the blessing of God, he on foot and can walk short distance but his bladder is still not in his control, he was catheterized for up to 8 months, later his bladder become spastic, he void through spam when bladder is full but he is not able to empty full bladder, is there any cure of such bladder in SCI patient, Please guide me.
