Please find attached my father's pelvis abdomen ultra sound report in which PSA test has been advised. I have read on net that after the age of 80, the PSA test is not recommended due to over diagnosis and over treatment, please look into it and guide that what to do?
what are his complaints?
is he using any medication for bladder emptying?
is there any history of bone pain specifically low back ? if yes then do psa
