You are very young for any organic erectile dysfunction. Most probably this is psychogenic ED. Another factor is over expectations from watching pornography. You should try to relax during sexual inter course and be realistic about expectations. In a new marriage, it takes a while to settle into a sexual rhythm. I have a problem of urine when i perform urine and after that some drops or 1 drop at any time leakage in my penis, blood in urine and problem of semen drops which is drop in my penis at any time and even i not feel that semen is drop in my penis and this problem is 3 year before. ultrasound, xray, Urine Culture test, Urine test are ok in these test no Semen or Puss cell found but i have these problem, i am worried about that , i checked so many doctors i.e urologist of Armed Forces CMH, MH, POF Hospital Dr of urology, sexologist dr, Medical Specialist, Hakeem etc but my problem is still there.
