I have taking flomax 0.4 for a week with few side effects like dizzyness and stuffy nose i have noticed a major side effect of retrograde ejeculation. The volume was very low and was watery in addition to discomfort in pubic area and lower abdomen. I was curious to know is this ejeculation dysfunction reversible? If yes then how to treat it and how much duration will it take to cure. Thanks

For what purpose you are taking this medicine ? Are you having kidney stone ?

bcz usually this medicine is given in case of kidney stone and BPH. At such young age, BPH is very less likely.

I was diagnosed with some infection in urinalysis and the ultrasound reported fullness in the right kidney.
symptoms were like urine was foamy and it came frequently but little in volume as compared how much the bladder felt to be full and need to urinate.

sir i have uploaded 2 urine DR and 1 ultrasound report.
dr sb achanak se right kidney wali area me back side pe pain honay laga and urine baar baar ney lagi like every 30 minutes i felt the urge to urinate, per urine ki volume kam hoti thi.
urine foamy and morning urine ya phir agar kuch delay honay k baad urine karne me jalan and urine k kafi dair baad tak bladder and pubic area k pass heavyness type discomfortable feeling hoti hai.
