Talk to Urologist on Genital Problem

I am 30 years married male. I hav an issue which probably started in early age 17 when i had severe mumps attack first in my throats & thn immediately attack on my testies. After had mumps in my testies, my genital stop growing both my penis & testies, before happened this to me i has night falls & pre seminal fluid cames normally as I noticed, after got mumps i hardly had night falls or once in a year, til now i never had my pre seminal fluid which normally come before ejaculating, my size is below average & as well as girth of my penis, my one of testie is very below to average size & otherone is average as it seems to me. Since that time i hav worst itching prob on my right testie, sometimes blood comes through cuts appears due to extra rough skin ony right testie. It badly effect me sexually, my intercouse time is less than 1 min aftrr inserting. I m over weight but i m tall. I m really worried since it happened. Good thing my wife conceived Alhumdulillah.
