Talk to Urologist on Genital Skin Issues

I am married person, I have a 8 months old baby. Whenever i do intercourse with my wife, I feel very bad itching on my genital area (scrotum rash), dry penis skin, redness in my penis and scrotum.

in some genital areas my genital skin started peeling. doctor has given me "Clotrimazole Antifungal Cream" it helps to recover the damage skin, after recovery whenever i stopped using this cream, and do intercourse, the above symptoms coming up again.

this is really frustrating for us. please give us advice.

We have one baby (8 months old), my wife delivery was normal.
