I Sometimes have very high sexual urge. It makes me feel guilty because it makes me do unislamic acts. I am mentally very distureb because of it and it is affecting my whole life and my personality.I am unmarried 20 years old. 60kg weight and good fat %. My food is mostly acidic. I perform namaz properly and avoid bad company. Please suggest me what to do?
