Talk to Urologist on Hydrocele

I got diagnosed with hydrocele from the past 6 months and i consult with the Doc. He said the only permanent solution is Hydroceletomy but I'm afraid of the surgery procedure and i think this might be a spermatocele cuz ive experienced a Milky fluid coming out of my scrotum without any visible cuts... I know it's strange and the after the discharge the scrotum came back to normal size... It happened quite a time but now it's stopped and the size getting bigger and even affect my right testes too.. now I can't undergo to any surgery for some reason (I'm out country and a student) ... So i need ur expert advice what should i do ? Is there any home remedies to reduce the size and swell until I get back home! Please help!!
