Talk to Urologist on Hypersexuality

Hello, would like to have an opinion on a matter of personal nature. I am male, 25 years of age and unmarried. I have been in a habit of excessive masturbation since early teen age and now my condition is that I have sexual desire all the time, even I think about sexual activity at odd times and places like in office, in classes or just sitting at home alone. I got aroused upon tiny things and instantly got erection and can't distract myself. I don't know whether this is physiological issue, a harmonal imbalance or something else but I want to get rid of this unusual and extreme sexual desires and unwanted instant erections. Is there any relevant expert in this groups who can guide? I believe this is something which relates physically to my body so I need a medical and phycological advice over this instead of religious. Thanks.
