Talk to Urologist on Hypogonadism Hypogonadotropic - Fertility Therapy

I was diagnosed with hypogonadism hypogonadotropic around 18 and been on TRT for 20 years to be able to live normally.

Now that I try to be fertile I started a therapy. I've been taking for 3 months now...

FSH & LH (Menopur) every 3 days HCG (Ovitrelle) once a week Clomid every 2 days

This therapy supposed to last a couple of months in order to spark spermatogenesis but I'm not sure how long and what should I expect.

My questions:

Is my treatment optimal or not? if not what would you recommend to do differently? Will I need gonadotropin injections (hCG, FSH) or other medications? Are there any alternatives to gonadotropin injections, such as Clomiphene Citrate or other medications? What is the success rate of these treatments in achieving fertility for someone in my situation? How long does it typically take for sperm production to begin after starting treatment?
