Asking for Self, Male, 28 years old, Lahore

Hi doctors, I am too much depressed and can't explain my tensions here. I am born with bilateral undescended testicles and my bad luck is that i came to know about it after my marriage while having my tests to know why i don't have baby. It was time of so worried when i came to know i don't have testicles in scrotum. I have gone through MRI to know the position of my testicles after that my both testicles are identified. I am attaching my reports here, let me know is this possible to descend testicles? please respond kindly

Dear 28 years old from Lahore,
It's good that your testicles are easily accessible. You need to have an operation to bring the testicles down to the scrotum.
This operation won't guarantee that you have children, but it will make sure that your testicles are easily accessible for regular self examination.
Undescended testicles, even after they are brought down to scrotum, can develop cancers quite high percentage of people.
Eid testicles are in the scrotum, any lump or bump can be identified early on and treated promptly.
