Talk to Urologist on Interpret Semen Report

Hi Drs !

I have been married for two years. We are unable to conceive. My wife has a history of follicle cysts and irregular periods from 6-8 months before marriage. Cysts were there during these 2 years with extreme pain sometimes,

We treated those but with little gain.

Now, I got my Semen tested because my wife says that you could have a fertility problem. I collected it through Masturbation at home and delivered it to the lab in 15-18 minutes. I didn't get the chance to meet the DR at the lab and tell him about this time, but I told the attendants. The abstinence period was 4 days. 4 days before that, I had a nightfall.

Please let me know if this report is normal or if there is any issue?
