Talk to Urologist on Just Remarks On SA Report

Assalamo Aliekum, I just want remarks on my Semen Analysis report done today (29/01/2018). Me and my wife have been trying for a child since we got married (Dec 2016) a year ago. We did have a miscarriage in March 2017 but nothing afterwards. She has been consulting doctors in lahore and has taken loads medication as well but nothing yet. So, we decided to get my SA done, this might help. Kindly let me know if there is something I need to improve here. Thank you for your help in advance.
