Talk to Urologist on Kidney Issue

Asking for Mother, Female, 68 years old, Lahore

My mother is not having any symptoms of kidney issue. But her creatinie is 1.7 and the ultrasound report says grade 1 renal disease. The reports are attached. She is taking hypertension medicines. Please recommended any test and good doctor Please guide what to do.
