Talk to Urologist on Left Varicocele
Asking For Self, Male 24, karachi
I was diagnosed with varicocele in my left testicle. I went through ultrasound and it came out to be grade 3 varicocele. I have heard that varicocele causes infertility, as i am unmarried so i went for semen analysis from AKUH. I am attaching my report please have a look and tell me if everything is alright or not.

There are two schools of thouy. 1- long-standing varicocele may lead to testicular atrophy….so they advocate surgery asap. 2-If no symptoms then surgery. Decision is all yours
