Talk to Urologist on Low Libido Weak Errection

Dr Sb I m 32 married having 2 kids..I was having extremely wonderful sex life before marriage never faced any problem.then after marriage all was going well then gradually I was experiecing low libido and then weak errections.. some times while having intercouse I lose my errection. I have tried many medicines from online stores and Hakeemi but all in vain as they worked for me temporarily..i m also having a porn addiction and I was a heavy masturbater untill I came to this position. By watching porn and using my hand I can maintain my errection to some level but as soon I stop my hand it vanishes in a second..I feel exhausted angry depressed irritated. I was a very lively person but now I feel comfortable being alone my social life is Disturbed. I m a very heavy smoker for past 12 years. Never used alcohol or any kind of abusive drugs..Dr Sb I want my life and happiness back plz help JIZAKAALLAH.
