Talk to Urologist on Lt. Testicle Swelling

Asalam-o-Alaikum, I am complaining of having left testicle swelling for the last 8 months. It is soft and painless, the size is 8x5cms that increases during the day and decreases early at the morning. I do not experience any problem except the swelling mass that disturb me from time to time. Appreciate your good advice. Wasalam
