Hello doctor, I’m a young male and I’ve noticed a soft, movable lump above one of my testicles. It’s painless and usually disappears when I lie down, but becomes slightly more noticeable when I stand. There’s no nausea, vomiting, or discomfort. I just want to know if this is something serious or needs any treatment. Please guide me.
