Asking for Self, Male, 18 years old, Lahore
Hello Doctor,
I am an 18-year-old male. I have had a small lump beneath my left nipple for the past several months.
The lump is approximately pea-sized, hard and solid. It is located slightly towards the left of the centre, beneath the nipple, but is separate from the nipple itself. It does not seem to move when touched and is tender whenever something presses against it.
There is no noticeable breast enlargement or nipple discharge. The nipple and surrounding skin appear normal, apart from a few small spots that may be hair follicles.
I am also not aware of any family history of breast cancer.
I wanted to share these symptoms with you and seek your medical opinion.
