Dear Doctor, I have maybe having a lump on my left testicle its small and its not paining as well. I am un married i am not having urine issues or sperm issues they both are fine. Should i consult any urologist or its fine

Thanks for the consult. Any lump In the testes has to be properly evaluated with examination and if required with investigations. Therefore you have to visit a urologist for that.
