Dear asking for Man Fertility problem
If someone has had Chemotherapy during childhood or in young age; their sperms would be destroyed permanently (azoospermia).
There is no chance of a natural pregnancy. There is however, around 30 percent chances of finding some sperms in the testes (micro surgical TESE, Performed by an experienced surgeon), which can be used for Assissted reproduction techniques like ICSI.
In developed countries and very few places in our country as well, the younger men/boys treated with chemo or radiation are required to have their sperms frozen (sperm banking) prior to their treatment for use in future for Assissted reproduction techniques.
