Talk to Urologist on Masturbation,low Stamina

Asaalam o alaikum,

I have been indulged to masturbate from a very young age. this turned into severe addiction which has led to low sperm count, nerve weakness, low stamina on bed. The reason of me masturbating at such a young age is that I was exposed to sexual activities n abuse at a very young age. Now I don't no what to do.. Alhamdulillah i controlled my self from last 3 to 5 months but i think its too late now.. can anyone here help me out. I am single right now will be marrying aftr 2 years wanna be healthier before my marriage. Want some advice. Thanks
