Surgery will improve sperm parameters but no guarantee of fatherhood.
American association of urology do support surgery of varicocele for fertility purposes. However , British guidelines advise that it will improve sperm parameters but no guarantee of fertility.
Best is to check sperm parameters first before surgery . It can be performed laparoscopic or open. Cost ranges from 45000 to 75000.
