aoa. For kidney stone I have been taking Urodonol Granules , Silodosin , nimesulide , Danzen and Z Cran for 5 days .. Jab se ye medicine Leni start ki Hain I am facing Retrograde ejaculation (semen doesn't come out after orgasm ) . I am really worried.. before taking these medicines I was all okay.. what should I do ? is it normal or concerning?? please guide.

I consulted a urologist and he asked me to go for an ultrasound and visit him. he didn't tell me what medicine should I use until I get my ultrasound report.. after I stopped medicine, I am in pain.. what should I do ?
