Talk to Urologist on Oligoasthenozoospermia

AOA, I am married for the last 1.5 years and facing difficulties in getting my partner pregnant. We consulted a gynecologist doctor and she asked me to conduct the semen analysis test and it showed that my sperm count is very low and I have severe oligospermia. I have been using Gonadil F and Proxeed Plus for the last three months but to be honest I couldn't feel a difference in my sex drive timing or proper ejaculation. I conducted another semen analysis test after a month and my sperm count was still the same. I haven't conducted a semen analysis test for the last three months now but for the last 3-4 days the I feel that my semen volume has been dropped drastically and it cause me stress. I need proper guidance on how to recover from this situation so we could have a successful pregnancy. Kindly help. Thanks
