Talk to Urologist on Pain In Bladder

Bladder Pain in left side. I am thinking, this is happening due to my childhood mistakes but I left two year ago. Erection problem also and urination leakage. Sir kindly help me I went to in depression and I am very regretted from my childhood mistakes.
