Talk to Urologist on Pain In Testicles.

I was sitting and gradually pain started out of no where in both testicles and it was unbearable. When I laid on the bed it became better but and I slept. When I woke up in the morning there was no pain. After few hours in my left testicles there was a very little pain. It also disappeared in a few hours and after some time it started in right testes which was also bearable. When pain starts my sperm ducts swell and nothing else happens.
