dear sir i had hair fall problem so i took exosomes and doctor prescribed me finasteride 1mg i am taking it since 3 months now i feel pain in right side of urinary bladder is it safe to continue finasteride on daily basis

as advised by Dr Musab, you really should avoid finasteride, as it may cause erectile dysfunction. try to avoid topical spray like minoxidil for hair loss

Brother i cant get in detail about that, as i am a urologist, dermatologist is the best person to ask about this but i dont think minoxidil has any effect on seborrheic dermatitis. it needs to be treated separately
