I don't know who deals with this but I am facing this issue from few days sometimes Jab b Mae sota hu pants Mae and jab uthu tou I feel Mera right testicle Thora hard hota hai and Thora oooper hota.. hota scrotum mae hi ha.lakin wo ooper hota and hard ho gya hua hota buhat zayada phr agar Mae usko khud neechay kru ya move kru tou pain hota waha b and kidney Mae b..is this something serious? aur kbhi kbhi I feel buldge type thing too..Ye sirf hota Jan Mae nap lu pants Mae so k uthu ..trouser Mae nahi..but pain unbearable hoty ..aur 15-20 mins baad theek hoty after passing urine Guide me what to do I m student Can't afford heavy fee expenses etc
