Talk to Urologist on Penile Dysesthesia

Started with marriage, at first we thought it’s skin applied diff creams and used to get well in a week. After some time the span increased and now it’s been 2 months not getting better. Consulted doctors they said it’s neurological. Very painful and irritating. Have been using medication but all in vain. It has effect our lives so much. Please help
