Talk to Urologist on Penis Head Lines

Hi, I’m 17 years old and I recently noticed that I have lines or almost like wrinkles on my penis head. I am uncircumcised and have not had any previous health issues like this. I have no redness or swelling, just the lines. They are more prominent when my penis is erect. I’m wondering what this may be and if there are any treatments I could try for the issue. Thanks.
