Background and Symptoms: 1. I have a noticeable curvature of my penis to the left, which occurs from the base during erections. Erections are not as firm as they should be and tend to soften within a minute. Additionally, I experience a watery discharge shortly after achieving an erection. 3. During intercourse, I often experience heightened sensitivity and premature ejaculation within 1-2 minutes.
