Talk to Urologist on Piles Or Hemorrhoids

Piles or Hemorrhoids External Hemorrhoids problem from lats 10 years , i have painful lump near the anus in start there was a small lump but now from last one year they are increasing. now almost 4 to5 lumps near my anus. see following photo for example this type of lumps . -- Past Treatment __ i used (Piles-ye /Herbal cream ) for one week month ago but all my lumps swelled and too much pain , so i stopped using this cream .
