Assalamualaikum. I have a problem with frequent urine but the flow is very poor (stricture urethra). I have to spend a lot of time in the toilet to pass urine. The urine comes in drops. I had urethroscopy surgery in 2016 but the issue continues. I have heard about balloon therapy in which the problem is solved permanently. kindly tell me the solution to my problem and what is the cost of that treatment??

its only solution is surgery named IOU (internal opitcal urethrotomy).
there is no medicine in this world that can completely treat it. Medicine only gives temporary relief but the problem will remain there as it is and may become even worse.
